Adobe Changes for Faculty & Staff

There are changes coming to the way we manage and distribute Adobe licenses on our CU Denver campus. The most important and immediate message is that anyone who currently has an Adobe license (students, faculty, and staff) and has information (documents, artwork, files, etc.) stored in the Cloud, needs to download their data to another file storage, such as OneDrive or a local disk, by June 1. When the old licenses expire, all files will be lost and we will not be able to recover them. Even when employees and students acquire new licenses, the information will not carry over to their new accounts.
