I hope you are doing well. I just wanted to remind you of the deadline for the travel award application. Below are the steps Molly sent out earlier this month.

For international travel, there may be additional considerations required of you. Please reach out to Alana Jones alana.jones@ucdenver.edu or Joanne Wambeke joanne.wambeke@ucdenver.edu if you are traveling internationally for additional information.

This application and all supporting materials are due electronically to me (molly.oconnor@ucdenver.edu) by Monday, November 1^st, 2021.

The required application materials are as follows:

1. Completed application form
2. Student CV
3. Proposed abstract of the work to be presented at the meeting (include authors and affiliations) OR a detailed description of the event the student is requesting funds for.

Please note: Stephanie Puello at the Graduate School confirmed that they also have funds available for virtual conference attendance – questions about those awards can be directed to stephanie.Puello@ucdenver.edu. As a reminder, you must apply for department funds before applying for graduate school funds.
