Attached is the audit spreadsheet for the 2021 Spring Semester FCQs.  Jacki is asking all faculty to review their course(s) and let her know if the information is correct or if any changes need to be made.  Please let Jacki know by 3/22 so she can submit any changes to CLAS before the 3/25 deadline.  If there are no requests for changes then the audit will be processed as it is on the audit sheet and that is how the students will see the FCQs for Faculty and TAs.
