Just as so much in the world has changed over the past 10 months, we are adapting our Seminar Series Zoom access for better security. The speaker announcements, distributed through the E-Nouncements and Seminar listserv, will now contain an RSVP Form link we are asking attendees to fill out to have the Zoom link emailed to them. This process is very new and we will probably be tweaking it here and there as we sort out the pros and cons…please bear with us. We hope this new process will provide more security for our Zoom meeting by restricting “bombers” from gaining access.
