Ecological processes can create spatial structure in many ecosystems, but we have little understanding of the importance of these non-random patterns. I will talk about work in an East African savanna to look at the origin and effects of spatial structure created by cryptic termite mounds.

Everyone is welcome to the seminar. If you would like to meet with the speaker, please email Dr. Brian Buma at brian.buma@ucdenver.edu
