BA/BS-DDS Program

The BA/BS-DDS degree program at the University of Colorado Denver and CU School of Dental Medicine at Anschutz Medical Campus aims to promote the diversity of dental professionals practicing dentistry in Colorado and to better serve the health care needs of the State of Colorado by assembling and educating up to 5 students each year from broadly diverse backgrounds.

BA/BS-MD Program

The BA/BS-MD degree program at the University of Colorado Denver and Anschutz Medical Campus aims to promote the diversity of medical professionals practicing medicine in Colorado and to better serve the health care needs of the State of Colorado by assembling up to 10 outstanding students each year from broadly diverse backgrounds.

Post Baccalaureate Certificate in Allied Health Sciences

Kuwait BS-DDS Program

The Kuwait BS/DDS program is in its seventh year and has helped pave the way for the full opening of CU Denver programs to Kuwaiti students.  The Kuwait BS/DDS program presents an opportunity for Kuwaiti students to join an undergraduate pre-Dentistry cohort with guaranteed seats in the School of Dental Medicine.   

BA/BS-DPT Program

This opportunity is designed for full-time students pursuing an undergraduate degree at the University of Colorado Denver to be admitted provisionally into the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus after 45 credit hours of appropriate UC-Denver coursework.  The CU Anschutz PT Early Admission Program is designed for students from diverse backgrounds who have a desire to practice PT in the state of Colorado. University of Colorado Skaggs School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences (SSPPS), and the University of Colorado Denver Pharmacy Pathway Program-CU Denver/ SSPPS Pathway Program

The University of Colorado, through collaborative efforts of the CU Skaggs School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences (SSPPS) and the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences (CLAS) have launched the CU Denver/ SSPPS Pathway Program to promote the diversity of Pharmacy health care professionals in Colorado and to better serve the health care needs of the State of Colorado.

CU Denver/CU Nursing Bridge Pathway

The University of Colorado, through collaborative efforts of the CU Nursing and the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences (CLAS) has launched a CU Denver/CU Nursing Bridge Pathway to promote the diversity of health care professionals and to better serve the health care needs of the State of Colorado.  This bridge pathway is designed to be a 3+2 program consisting of 3 years of prerequisite coursework at CU Denver (Phase I) + 2 years of nursing coursework at CU Nursing (Phase II) resulting in a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.

 

CU Denver/TJU-BSRT Pathway

CU Denver has entered a partnership with Thomas Jefferson University (TJU) to create a Pathway Program to become a Respiratory Therapist. Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia and National Jewish Health in Denver are collaborating to offer this unique program. This opportunity is designed for full-time, first-time in college students (freshmen students), at the University of Colorado Denver (CU Denver), who are interested in becoming Respiratory Therapists. The Program is designed to be a 2+2 program consisting of 2 years of pre-professional coursework at CU Denver (Phase I) + 2 years of Respiratory Therapy coursework at TJU/NJH (Phase II) leading to a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Respiratory Therapy (BSRT). Phase 1 of the Program is designed for students who have interest in and/or intent to apply to the TJU/NJH BS RT Program. Acceptance in Phase 1 of the program results in formal assistance to meet the requirements necessary for transfer into BS RT Program. Please note that phase 1 does NOT guarantee admission into the TJU/NJH BS RT Program.
