Students, along with the faculty and staff, form the Department of Geography and Environmental Sciences community. We strive to make this a welcoming place, where students can have an invaluable educational experience through quality teaching and student research (whether independently, guided by faculty, or as a research assistant on faculty projects). Over the next several years, our goal is to expand student involvement and improve resources for geography and environmental science students.
