Fernanda Cabrera, Creative Writing and Spanish Major, receives 2024 Inaugural Lit Fest Creative Writing Scholarship. Fernanda is also a recipient of a 2022-2023 Michael S. Gorniak Scholarship. She has volunteered as a teacher assistant in a dual-language classroom, and she has volunteered as an interpreter for migrants applying for work authorizations. She also loves hanging out with her dog, Beast.
