Daniel was accepted for a poster presentation and brief talk at the 2024 Society for Behavioral Medicine conference for his work on Pain catastrophizing and helplessness: The Invisible threads linking spiritual wellbeing and pain perception. Daniel was awarded the Palliative Care SIG Best Student Award for this work.
