As part of our work last academic year, the advocacy subcommittee collaborated with University Staff Council to develop a staff job satisfaction survey that was administered to all CU Denver staff in December of 2022. The quantitative results of that survey were released last Spring and can be viewed in a public dashboard here.

Of the 364 survey respondents, 41 were from CLAS and a summary of CLAS staff responses can be viewed in the attached PDF. As part of our work for the current academic year, our Council would like to solicit your feedback regarding the results of the job satisfaction survey as well as any ideas you may have for where we should be focusing our efforts. Please complete the feedback form on our website by Wednesday, Sept. 6.
