Staff Recognition Nomination Form

Do you know an awesome CLAS staff member who deserves a shout out? Take five minutes to recognize them and fill out the form! As a thank you for their awesomeness, they will receive the gift of your kind words as well a small incentive from the CLAS Dean’s Office.

Please note:  Staff can receive up to two incentives each semester. Staff Employees are defined as all individuals who are considered classified employees, university staff, professional research assistants, as well as classified or university staff working retirees. Faculty and students are not eligible for this program.
