Here's what's available to you this Mental Health Awareness Month.
College is a lot. Between classes, deadlines, relationships, and everything else you're managing — it makes sense that some weeks are harder than others.
The good news? You don't have to sort through it alone. There are people on campus who are here specifically for you — no appointment required, no long process to get started.
Explore what's available below. Something here might be exactly the kind of support you didn't know was an option.
Free initial intake plus up to 10 individual sessions per calendar year — no insurance needed. From stress and anxiety to bigger life challenges, trained counselors are here to help you work through it.
Need support at 2am? This free, confidential app gives you access to mental health professionals around the clock — via app, phone (866-743-7732), or web. Help is always one tap away.
Sometimes you need to talk to someone today — not in a week. Drop in Monday–Thursday, noon–4 p.m. at Tivoli Student Union, Room 454. No appointment, no referral. Just show up.
If you or someone you know is in crisis, help is a phone call away. Call 303-615-9911 for the Auraria Campus crisis line, or dial 988 for the national Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. You don't have to be in danger to call — reaching out early is always the right move.
Noticed a classmate pulling away, acting differently, or seeming like they're not okay? You don't have to ignore it. Submit a confidential referral to the Campus Assessment, Response & Evaluation Team — trained staff will follow up with care and discretion.
Whether you reach out to a campus resource, talk with a friend, or just take a moment to reset, small steps matter.
