If you ask your colleagues what their favorite time of the year is, many may say, “Commencement.” It’s the culmination of years of students’ hard work. It’s a day filled with smiles and support from family and friends. And it’s one of the most rewarding parts of our jobs as staff members, because we can be part of a moment that marks our students’ success.
This fall, we need your help!
CU Denver staff are encouraged to volunteer for a shift at our commencement on Saturday, Dec. 13, at the Colorado Convention Center. The time commitment varies for different roles, and there are some perks:
- You’ll get a free breakfast.
- You can cheer on our graduates.
- You can hang out with your colleagues and meet new staff members across campus.
