Use Adobe Acrobat or Creative Cloud? Renew Your License Between June 19-25 for Uninterrupted Service

Published: May 22, 2025 By

This year, the process for renewing Adobe licenses is changing.

If you have an Adobe Acrobat or Creative Cloud license, you will be required to submit a renewal request and provide a valid SpeedType through the CU Denver | Anschutz OnTheHub Software Store.

This change is to migrate our previous service request system to our new, self-service software store, now called OnTheHub, which is more efficient and user-friendly. To log into OnTheHub, you’ll need your username and password.

The renewal period for Adobe licenses is one week, from June 19 through June 25, to maintain uninterrupted service with your Adobe applications.

This is not the only time you will be able to renew. If you are not able to renew in the software store during this window, your license will be temporarily deactivated, but you can reactivate your license any time after June 25 and will be able to access your data.

How it Works

  •   The renewal period is from June 19 to June 25.
  •   Any requests for renewal prior to June 19 cannot be processed.
  •   A request cannot be submitted by someone else on your behalf. Users must submit their own request for renewal.
  •   If you have not submitted a request for renewal between June 19 and June 25, your license will be deactivated after June 25.
  •   You can submit a request for renewal after this seven-day window and your license will be reactivated without any loss of your data.
  •   The option to renew/reactivate and recover your data is available to you at any time after June 19 by logging into OnTheHub and submitting a request. Directions for how to use OnTheHub will be provided in the coming weeks.
