Hi all. My name is Aagaman Adhikari. I am a Junior majoring in Biology as a pre med. I am really excited to work with you all. Chemistry can be challenging but I am here to help you all succeed in the class. I am a Certified Nursing Assistant currently working in Saint Joseph Hospital. Apart from studies, I love watching Soccer and Basketball. I also love playing Video games, My favorite video game oat is Red dead redemption 2. My favorite teams are Real Madrid and Denver Nuggets respectively. I can't wait to work with you guys.

I am a Junior pursuing a degree in Biochemistry. I am a veteran, served in the Navy on a submarine. My job was working as an electrician on the nuclear reactor on board and I was required to know how the reactor worked in all aspects including chemistry! I am also the president of the Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity which I am working towards the goal of establishing a stronger community of good men to help make this city a better place! I may not have all the answers, but I will find them if need be!

I am a fourth-year undergraduate in Biochemistry and a research assistant at the Anschutz Campus. My research focuses on neurodegenerative diseases, including but not limited to Multiple Sclerosis. My academic journey is driven by a deep fascination with the molecular basis of human health, which has been greatly fostered by my favorite university course, Introduction to Molecular Biology.
In addition to working in the lab, I am an Emergency Medical Technician and hope to become a doctor, aiming to combine scientific inquiry with compassionate clinical practice. I currently volunteer at Denver Health, where I enjoy giving back to the community and gaining valuable clinical experience.
Outside of research and academics, I enjoy activities like chess, mountain biking, and tennis—pursuits that challenge both mind and body. When I navigate complex biochemical processes or mountain trails, I approach obstacles with curiosity, careful planning, and unwavering perseverance.
I aspire to create a similarly inspiring environment as a Learning Assistant, fostering a space where students can confidently explore new material. My favorite sport to watch is soccer, and my favorite soccer club is Bayern Munchen!

Hello! I am a senior Psychology major on a pre-med track. I transferred to CU Denver from Arapahoe Community College and took my General Chemistry II class here. I hope to offer some support to others who have transferred from other colleges and are adjusting to a new school. Outside of school, I'm currently working to get my EMT IV certification to start working in a hospital setting, which is exciting for me. I like to spend my free time working out, reading, or with family. I'm excited to work with everyone!

Hello everyone! I am a senior majoring in Biochemistry with a focus on pre-health. I genuinely enjoy exploring different realms of science, especially pathology and virology. I plan to pursue a career in anesthesiology, but I am also considering paths in pharmacy and dermatology. I enjoy helping others develop their understanding of complex topics because I've been in those shoes myself, and I know how valuable it is to have support while working through challenging material. In my free time, you can find me spending time with family, playing video games, or painting when inspiration strikes. After completing two years of medical school in Venezuela, I moved to the U.S. to continue my education and pursue a career in medicine. I am a Post-Bac student with a bachelors in Integrative Physiology and Spanish and am currently applying to medical schools to start Fall 2026! I work in emergency medicine and am very passionate about the details behind a process, connecting my coursework to what I am doing at work or home always helps cement a concept into my mind. I love spending time outdoors and thinking about what makes the world tick (hint:biochemistry plays a huge role), and I look forward to meeting and helping you all learn this semester!

I am going into my last year at CU Denver and I am currently majoring in Biology on the premed track. My plans are hopefully to take a gap year working clinical jobs and then go into NP or PA school. I love hanging out with friends and going to Bible studies and I love the Denver Nuggets. It is so worth watching the NBA season with them if you have the chance.
I have enjoyed Dr. Kim so much in biochem, and I feel like it was definitely one of my favorite classes. Going into biochem can definitely seem a little daunting at first, at least that is how I felt, especially after surviving the trenches of Ochem (don't worry, the professors are awesome), but trust me, you guys got this!
If you guys need support or have any questions, let me and especially Dr. Kim know. We have your back and we're here to help you guys succeed. I will be frank this is my first time LAing, but I promise to give you guys my best, so that you guys can get through and hopefully love this class just like I did.
