 CU Denver is excited to announce that Jennifer Hellier, PhD is the Director of the Denver Metro Regional Science and Engineering Fair under the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. In this new role, Jennifer will focus on improving student engagement and increasing school district participation throughout all eight counties. Look for a Save the Date for the DMRSEF Kickoff event in early September.

 

 

 

DMRSEF Winners at the 2018 ISEF

Students at awards

Six students from the DMRSEF competed at the 2018 Intel International Science and Engineering Fair. There were nearly 1,800 young scientists selected from 420 affiliate fairs in 81 countries, regions, and territories.

DMRSEF is proud of Edwin Bodoni (lower left) and Krithik Ramesh (lower right). Edwin was awarded First Place and Best in Category (Translational Medicine) for his research project titled, "Bruxism: A Novel Diagnostic Approach." Krithik was awarded First Place (Engineering Mechanics) for his research project titled, "Suppression of Aeroelastic Instabilities in High-Ratio Wings Using Principle Component
