Hello, my name is Vi Tho Nguyen. I am currently a senior at CU Denver majoring in Biochemistry. I hope to continue my education once I graduate by going to medical school focusing on anesthesia or biomedical sciences. My research in this lab focuses on studying the structural impact of the tetraloops, specifically -GGAG-, and the stem within the hairpins of RNA. Other than being a student, I also work as a laboratory assistant, and I enjoy tutoring other students on subjects such as mathematics and chemistry. In my free time, I like to travel, read, watch movies, or sleep.
