Alexa is a senior finishing her BA degree in Psychology, with minors in Behavioral Cognitive Neuroscience and Film Studies. Alexa joined the lab as a U-RISE winner in 2017, and is currently working on developing her honor’s thesis project. Her goals after graduation are to pursue a PhD or PsyD in counseling, with a sports psychology emphasis and neuropsychology focus, as some of her favorite topics include resilience, personality, mindfulness, and personal empowerment. When not in the lab, she enjoys yoga, baking, social events, anything antique or vintage, and of course, the brain.
