Psychology
Mauricio is a MARC U-STAR scholar and junior whom is pursuing a BA in Psychology with a minor in Behavioral & Cognitive Neuroscience. In the lab, he works on understanding the cognitive relationships among the neural resources used for visual perception, and those of working memory. After graduating, he will be continuing his education towards a PhD in psychology or cognitive neuroscience. His research interests are memory cognition, neuroimaging, connectome/mind-mapping, and neurodegenerative diseases.
