Who We Are and What We Do
The mission of the Health Professions Programs Office at CU Denver is to educate and challenge students interested in a future in the health professions to be leaders, visionaries and lifelong learners who will positively impact local, national, and global health on many levels. We believe in building a community in which all people can thrive.
Our operation is well-known for preparing students for applications to health careers and acceptance to health professions programs across the nation. In addition to the rigorous preparatory classes offered at CU Denver, our program provides exceptional health careers advising. This includes course scheduling assistance, seminars on application processes, networking skill development to secure clinical, research, and community service opportunities, and guidance on obtaining strong references and letters of recommendation to enhance applications.
