A Master of Interdisciplinary Studies (MIS) student will take the lead on publications in neutron scattering and neutron capture as they regard to dark matter experiments. Neutron-electron scattering publications are in the work and a student is needed to finish some basic computations in this area and support the submission and review process. For the neutron capture work, the student will analyze previously taken data to isolate the neutron capture signal used as calibration for dark matter experiments.

Minimum Requirements:
Experience with neutron capture experiments, neutron cross sections, and data analysis in Python.
