The Histroy Department holds a gathering at the end of every semester to celebrate student accomplishments. At this event, faculty acknowledged students who completed their comprehensive exams, finished their theses, or were expecting to graduate in December 2017. Dr. Ryan Crewe honored the graduate students who were graduating. Dr. Chris Agee announced the undergradaute graduation honors for Fall 2017. Additionally, some faculty members presented on the successes of the semester and demonstrated their classes’ tight-knit communities with short presentations. Faculty, students, and friends turned out in great numbers, leaving standing room only.
