We welcome papers in all areas of linguistics including, but not limited to applied linguistics, linguistic variation, languages in contact, language policy and planning, language attitudes and ideologies, syntax, phonetics, and phonology, etc.
This year we especially encourage papers addressing any of the following topics: global perspectives on language, linguistic landscapes, language and identity, indigenous languages, community languages, language and migration, language and social media, and language and technology.
Submissions by pre-tenured faculty and graduate students are especially welcome.
