How to Drop/Withdraw From a CU Succeed Course

How do I drop my CU Succeed course?

If you want to drop a Spring 2024 CU Succeed course, you may do so by filling out a Drop a Course form and returning it to us via email at cusucceed@ucdenver.edu by March 29th, 2024. You do not need your instructor signature or a CU Succeed signature to drop a course during the normal drop period.

Fill out this form completely, including your course's five-digit number, which can be found in the current semester's course listing here. Your nine-digit student ID number can be found in the email that was sent to you from our registrar's office; check your trash and your junk email before calling to inquire about your student ID number. Please be sure to sign your form, either in ink, or via an official Adobe signature. We cannot accept type-written signatures.

What if I want to drop but the deadline has passed?

After the drop deadline, you may withdraw through April 5, 2024. You will remain financially responsible for the tuition and your CU academic record will reflect the withdraw. You may Withdraw from a course by filling out a Drop a Course form and putting WITHDRAW or W in the "Add/Drop" column, along with all of your course information. You do not need your instructor or a CU Succeed signature to withdraw a course during the normal withdrawal period.

What if I've missed all the deadlines?
