Landing Your Dream Job: Career Conference for Auraria Students

The University of Colorado Denver, Metropolitan State University of Denver, and Community College of Denver are collaborating this spring to bring you our second annual Auraria Career Day. This is not a career fair. Instead, the day will consist of employer-sponsored workshops and a keynote luncheon with the goal of exposing our combined Auraria student body to the strategic ways to create a “personal brand,” which will help you stand out from the crowd to make you more marketable. We welcome keynote speaker Adriana Llames Kogelis for a “must attend” session for job seekers and professionals seeking a career change in today’s competitive market. Find out what companies are looking for, the do’s and don’ts of personal branding and how to manage Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter!
