Hartnett media update

Stephen John Hartnett, professor and chair of communication, has been busy promoting his latest book. He was the invited guest on MSNBC’s The Cycle, one of the nation’s highest-rated daytime news shows, (video available here), and was the invited guest on the Peter Werbe Radio Show (America’s longest-running talk radio show), discussing the history and contemporary state of the death penalty. He was also the invited guest on the nationally-syndicated Leslie Marshall Radio Show, and finally AlterNet did a piece about the death penalty, based on his research findings in Executing Democracy.
