BA/BS-MD Administrators and Students Attend Regional Symposium

The University of New Mexico (UNM) Health Sciences Center hosted an inaugural Four Corners Regional BA/MD Symposium, September 26-28.The event marked the collaboration between BA/MD students, faculty, administration, and staff across Colorado, New Mexico, Utah, and Arizona. Participants shared resources and experiences to further strengthen professional alliances. Dialogue was the theme for the Symposium. Student participants described their personal journeys through their undergraduate careers and medical school. Students from the CU Denver BA/BS-MD Program presented information regarding their summer research practicum and their summer clinical practicum. Administrators from the CU Denver Program presented information regarding Professionalism, Promotion, and Immersion.
